Mission

The mission of Driftwood Builders is to provide superior customer care throughout the process of developing a new home. To build the kind of quality home which satisfies the needs of our customers' families. To provide our employees meaningful and fulfilling work with the opportunity for advancement. To support the charitable organizations within our community. We recognize that our ability to excel depends on the integrity, knowledge, imagination, skill, diversity and teamwork of all of our employees and leaders. To this end we strive to create an environment of mutual respect, encouragement and teamwork - an environment that rewards commitment, performance and responsibility.

Construction Process

Driftwood Builders has developed an 8 step process to ensure we have incorporated the Customers vision into the home design prior to beginning construction. Our goal is to allow the Customer to understand what is required to build a new home, thoroughly create a budget that will be adhered to and in the end, create the kind of enduring trust and mutual respect that makes for a lasting relationship.

  1. Initial meeting - understanding the Customer's needs. Lot size, square footage, budget and timeframe.
  2. Second meeting - bringing our objective into focus.
  3. Choose a floorplan. Select from our in house plans or bring one with you.
  4. Review "Homeowner Selection Catalog" with Customer to get a sense of style and taste and therefore budget. This catalog has been developed by Driftwood Builders to make the process of selecting options easier for the Customer.
  5. Select a home site. Driftwood Builders will be sure the floorplan you have chosen fits well on the building site.
  6. Review floorplan with Architect if necessary.
  7. Create a budget that is mutually acceptable to Customer and Driftwood Builders.
  8. Sign the sales agreement and begin construction of the home.
